Talk of Sen. Ted Cruz‘s 21-hour, all-night pseudofilibuster is everywhere today, partly because of his protest against the Affordable Care Act and partly because filibusters always make for wacky stories, regardless of why the filibustee is filibustering.
In keeping with a long tradition of filling time in zany ways, the Texas Republican decided to read “Green Eggs and Ham” on the floor of the United States Senate.
